Hi, Welcome to the Download Help Page. Here you will find tips and information to help with any playback difficulties with any of our downloads. Also, to help resume any download interruptions that may occur (possibly with the larger DVD version downloads), you may want to consider a download manager. It can be helpful to resume any broken downloads that occur. Here are a couple that are free and work fairly well on the Windows platform.
"Free Download Manager" and " Fresh Download Manager"

Quick Answers to Frequently Asked Questions...
Q. " I can't download the file, nothing happens when I click the link. "
A. It may be a mistake on our end. Send us an email and we will fix it, usually on the same day if we can.
Q. " I can't download the file, the download starts but stops during the download process. "
A. Is your internet connection working properly. Check that first. We suggest a Download Manager that should help you resume broken downloads. See the top paragraph on this page and select a Download Manager. Also, check your hard drive for enough space. DSL episode downloads are up to 80 MB in size. DVD downloads can be nearly 800 mb in sixe.
Q. " My DSL download won't playback, what am I doing wrong? "
A. DSL episodes require Quicktime version 7 to be installed. Download and install Quicktime 7. It is a free download available HERE .
The DVD version requires you to have a correctly installed video card and DVD encoder.
Since most computers now have DVD burners { they're inexpensive now } , the encoder itself is installed with the DVD playback software that was installed along with the DVD burner. When you click the episode file it should playback automatically. Consult your computer or DVD's user manual, or ask your computer store for help to playback and or burn the DVD version.
For PC users there is a Windows Media Player CLASSIC edition that will playback the DVD version and install a encoder automatically. Don't confuse this CLASSIC Media Player with the normal install of Windows Media Player 9 or 10. It's not the same. Download Windows Media Player CLASSIC Edition ...DOWNLOAD More information furthur down this page including a MAC version of a DVD encoder.
Q. " Whats the deal with the DVD version? Can I burn it and playback on my home system "
A. That is exactly why we created the DVD version. The DVD version is a VOB file.
